Beginner’s Yoga

Are you interested in beginning a yoga practice? Have you been meaning to try it but feel intimidated by what you’ve seen and heard? Are you seeking strength and flexibility? Are you a runner training for the marathon? How about a skier/snowboarder preparing for a season on the slopes? Look no further. This one hour class is great for new students with little to no previous yoga experience as well as seasoned practitioners looking to strengthen the fundamentals. Expect to focus on the primary poses and learn the basics of a regular mind-body yoga practice, including how it might benefit your regular workout routine.

Vinyasa Flow

Our standard Vinyasa Flow class is a creative class geared towards all levels with a focus on maintaining the flow of breath and motion. The style of “vinyasa” maintains strength in its diversity. There is no single philosophy, rule book, or sequence that teachers must follow, leaving room for individual personalities and methods to reveal themselves.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Our Heated Vinyasa Flow classes are heated to 85-90º to provide a deep, detoxifying physical and mental release. Warmer temperatures assist a broader range of bodies into poses, including those with injuries and pre-existing conditions. Heat, consciously combined with skillful action and attention, allows the external body (skin) and internal body (muscle, soft tissues, organs) – to open and receive the flow of blood and oxygen more readily. Joints will bend and move without agitation, permitting a comfortable range of motion for students to ‘let-go’ and be in the moment.

Heated Power Vinyasa

Our Heated Vinyasa Flow class with a cardio-focused, core-strengthening KICK!

Flow & Renew

Half vinyasa, half deep restorative stretching…this class has it all. Expect a breath-focused flow for the first 30-45 minutes of class to build heat and get the body moving followed by gentle restorative poses to slow it down. A great way to end your weekend and a wonderful option for beginners!

Hip Hop Yoga

A FUN power yoga class with the soundtrack to match! Our Hip Hop Yoga class offers a power vinyasa flow infused with dance moves and an upbeat tempo to take you out of your comfort zone in a way that will keep you coming back for more! Class will begin with a deep stretch and end with a gentle cool down, true to it’s vinyasa roots.

Hour of Power

Sweat, strengthen and stretch in this challenging 60 minute power vinyasa flow. Expect to work hard, earn your end-of-class savasana and leave class ready to conquer the day!

Restorative Yoga

Often referred to as “active relaxation,” Restorative Yoga is a class for students looking to slow down their practice and develop a deeper connection to their body and mind. Props and hands-on assists are used to support the body during a gentle and passive stretching practice. This class will balance the nervous system, deepen the relaxation response, and help to reduce anxiety and stress. Also an excellent option for beginners!

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a transitional time for women and their bodies and our Prenatal Yoga class is focused on honoring and understanding those changes. This class will utilize postures and breathing to help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, keep the body flexible, and connect mother and baby on a deeper level. A regular Prenatal Yoga practice will help mothers prepare for a healthy, mindful, more natural approach to the challenges of labor and birth.

Postnatal Bootcamp

A core-focused full body workout to get new moms back in pre-baby shape! Moms will be flowing through traditional yoga poses and bootcamp moves to kick up their heart rate and tone all over. Beginner and advanced practitioners alike will experience an upbeat workout in combination with the alignment and focus of yoga.

Barre uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. A traditional ballet barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements to build long, lean muscle tone.

Cardio Barre

Cardio Barre is a 60 minute class of high-energy, fat-blasting moves designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. This high-intensity, low impact class targets your legs, seat, torso and arms through a blend of bur-pees, mountain-climbers, kick boxing and yoga flow. Come to this class ready to move and leave feeling athletic and energized!

SPA Yoga

SPA Yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), Spa aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana. During SPA, you may discover extra hands-on assists and massages. Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a spa!
