This one hour class is great for new students with little to no previous yoga experience as well as seasoned practitioners looking to strengthen the fundamentals. Expect to focus on the primary poses and learn the basics of a regular mind-body yoga practice, including how it might benefit your regular workout routine.
Our standard Vinyasa Flow class is a creative class geared towards all levels with a focus on maintaining the flow of breath and motion. The style of “vinyasa” maintains strength in its diversity. There is no single philosophy, rule book, or sequence that teachers must follow, leaving room for individual personalities and methods to reveal themselves.
Heated Vinyasa Flow
Our Heated Vinyasa Flow classes are heated to 85-90º to provide a deep, detoxifying physical and mental release. Warmer temperatures assist a broader range of bodies into poses, including those with injuries and pre-existing conditions. Heat, consciously combined with skillful action and attention, allows the external body (skin) and internal body (muscle, soft tissues, organs) – to open and receive the flow of blood and oxygen more readily. Joints will bend and move without agitation, permitting a comfortable range of motion for students to ‘let-go’ and be in the moment.

Flow & Renew
Half vinyasa, half deep restorative stretching…this class has it all. Expect a breath-focused flow for the first 30-45 minutes of class to build heat and get the body moving followed by gentle restorative poses to slow it down. A great way to end your weekend and a wonderful option for beginners!
Hip Hop Yoga
A FUN power yoga class with the soundtrack to match! Our Hip Hop Yoga class offers a power vinyasa flow infused with dance moves and an upbeat tempo to take you out of your comfort zone in a way that will keep you coming back for more! Class will begin with a deep stretch and end with a gentle cool down, true to it’s vinyasa roots.
Hour of Power
Sweat, strengthen and stretch in this challenging 60 minute power vinyasa flow. Expect to work hard, earn your end-of-class savasana and leave class ready to conquer the day!
